Book Character Interview

Are you ready for another interview with a Souls and Shadows boxset character? Yes? Here is a young woman who want on your side, not on your enemie’s, that’s for sure. Though she looks perfectly inconspicuous, you’ll discover soon enough that looks can be deceiving … Enter Heather Harris, superhuman. Her story „Excalibur“ is exclusive tot he boxset and was written by lovely Emerald Dodge.

Q: May I offer you something to drink?

Heather: Do you have a Fanta?

Q: I hope you had some time to recover from your last adventure in „Excalibur”. Tell me, what is your favorite relaxing pastime?

Heather: Television. I am a TV junkie.

Q: Where did you grow up? Do you have fond memories of your childhood?

Heather: I grew up in Oconee camp, one of the camps in which superheroes are raised. I was happy as a kid, I guess, but moving out and getting into the real world showed me how much of a cult the whole camp life is. That’s why my team faked our deaths. We couldn’t go back. We died a little every day that we were there.

Q: Whom or what do you really hate?

Heather: Since I’ve ranted about the camps and the cult already, let me tell you about something else I hate: gangs. You read about how much I hate them in Excalibur. They destroy neighborhoods and communities.

Q: What is your biggest fear?

Heather: That the cult will track my team down and kill us for fleeing.

Q: What makes you smile?

Heather: Besides television, Miguel. He brings out the best in me. He’s hot, too.

Q: I’d love to hear about your future plans. Is there anything you can reveal?

Heather: I’m going to learn how to read soon! Miguel has been coaching me. (He’s reading these questions to me and writing down my answers.)

Thank you, Heather and Miguel! We hope to see you soon again!
